Brief Given

Schnitz is a fast-casual food franchise unlike any other. It is the first Schnitzel Franchise in Australia (and probably the world!), offering a delicious range of made-to-order schnitzels in their signature Wrapz, Rollz and Packz.

In order to support Schnitz’s fast growth into the franchising arena, Schnitz approached Kinetic Digital to refresh its brand, design marketing collateral and develop a website.

Strategy Developed

After redesigning their logo and trademarking Schnitz’s brand identity we worked closely with the Schnitz team to roll-out their new image across all of their marketing collateral.

This included in-store promotions, menu boards and take-away menus (which were distributed throughout Melbourne).

KDG were also involved in the selection of an appropriate Point of Sale (POS) solution (provided by RedCat) and installation of a central server to provide Schnitz with back-to-base reporting for all their stores.

A website was then designed and developed to coincide with the launch of the Schnitz Franchising business. The information site provides prospective franchisees with all the information they need regarding buying a Schnitz franchise and provides online registration forms to help process franchise enquiries.

Result Achieved

The rebranding exercise has proven very effective with their 3rd store in Richmond adopting the new logo, colour scheme and marketing collateral. All future stores will utilise this new branding which has since become a registered trademark.

The website has proven a great success with many people registering to receive their email promotions. A large number of franchise enquiries have also been received via email; these are processed and vetted by Schnitz.

The next stage of marketing will involve a national PR campaign and spots in major franchise publications – KDG has been asked to assist in this process.
