Brief Given

Custom Skylights design and manufacture skylights to suit any residential or commercial application. They also stock a range of other skylight related products from manufacturers such as Velux and Ampelite.

Custom Skylights approached KDG to design their corporate website with the goal of improving their marketing effectiveness, communicating product information to builders/architects and expanding their customer base.

Strategy Developed

Our designers worked with Custom Skylights to re-invigorate their brand by playing on the ‘light’ aspects of their products. This is most apparent by the open white design and the logo animation which depict rays of light streaming through their logo once the ‘skylight’ of their logo is ‘installed’.

The website has an intuitive Content Management System (CMS) and online catalogue that provides information on all of Custom Skylights’ products including specifications and installation instructions. To make enquiries more efficient, an Online Enquiry Form was implemented that would help categorise prospective customers and define the nature of the enquiry.
