Brief Given

MASS required an expense reporting system that would be designed to assist large organizations and government departments manage the cost of mobile communications across multiple departments, cost centres and users.

The MASS system would compliment the reporting provided by the large telecommunication service providers.


Strategy Developed

KDG assisted MASS by designing and developing a unique reporting platform that would draw data from existing TELCO sources in raw csv format.

The dashboard reporting system developed would then provide users (with varying degrees of access) with a secure portal through which they could view various report types.

In addition to this, the dashboard reporting system would automatically notify users of relevant events occurring, such as the availability of new data.


Result Achieved

Key stakeholders within the organizations using MASS are now able to access expense information regularly with higher transparency, allowing for more accurate assessment and decision making. As well as this, users at all levels of the organization are empowered to control expenses.
